A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We received an early check in which was greatly appreciated after 24hours travelling from the UK. We also received a complimentary bottle of champagne & chocolates to celebrate our special occasion.

right on top of darling harbour where you could find many places to eat plus only a short walk to town hall station and buses it was good to have a washing machine and tumble dryer to use as we had been on a cruise for 3 weeks prior to arriving in sydney and needed to do some washing -

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.

I liked the convenience of walking to the Aquatic Centre it kept my 10yr old occupied for the afternoon.We then had a great sleep as it was very quiet. The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

The location was fantastic, very easy to find your way to many of Sydney's activities. The hotel itself blended the historical building with ultra modern fittings tastefully. The bedroom was adequate and the ensuite was a decent size. The shower was large. The room we stayed in was able to be dark with the blinds down for a sleep in. Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.
