Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early.
Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and
knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very
very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other
post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in
the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would
choose again.

Friendly and efficient staff. My late check-in from the airport was pleasantly and conveniently organised for entry and key pick-up!

The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming and we appreciated her knowledgeable of the area. The lodge has a lovely character, was very clean, up to date in design and comfortable. Its also central to the uni, a lively pocket of wonderful little restaurants and general shopping.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we had problems with our TV at midnight it was no trouble for them to come and help us out. The bed was soo comfortable! I absolutely recommend this place if you are going to a concert at allphones or an event at ANZ stadium. The breakfast buffet is pretty darn good too! -

It's a really good hotel, no real luxury, smallish rooms, but works
great! Impressive attention to detail, very ergonomic room design.
Higher floors have a great great view of darling harbour mad the bridge,
couldn't get enough of it every day! Stayed 6 days. Oh and the
breakfast is amazing too. Very fresh. 10/10 for location,
cleanliness, convenience. Hop skip and jump to convention centre, and
the water (darling harbour) loved it!! Exceeded expectation.

Craig, the manager, was a treat and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of terrific views of the Opera House and Harry's Cafe de Wheels. They have a handout that provides lots of tips about how to get around Sydney and things to do while in town. It was our first trip to Sydney and we only could stay one day before heading to Tonga, but we will return someday for a longer stay and would definitely consider staying at Mariners Court again.

We have stayed here a few times, and have just had another 2 nights. it is sad to constantly read the poor reviews the hotel gets. Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax. Was at RPA for surgery. Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite.
