Appartamento bellissimo, super accessoriato;ho avuto la sensazione di
essere a casa, perchè ho invitato amici e conoscenti a mangiare con
noi.... Ogni mattina il personale viene a riempire di caffè, thè,
zucchero, sale, pepe, latte I contenitori; viene sostituita ogni
mattina la biancheria del bagno,mentre le lenzuola vengono sostituite
due volte

4 giorni assolutamente divini!...Pulitissimo,centralissimo,staff cordiale e disponibile!Nonostante avessimo fatto il checkout alle 10 di mattina,ci hanno tenuto le valigie nella luggage room fino alla sera e ci hanno permesso di fare la doccia alle 18!!!!...PERFETTO,GRAZIE!

Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it. -
I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with
an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the
apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within
walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I
had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next
year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to
Australia again.

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we
had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags
I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling
clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also
use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated
being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. visit the local historical areas as well as the most well known sights

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed.
