  Location suited our purpose for trip - ie Wedding reception at Manly Golf Club. Wonderful location for Manly beach (2 min walk) & close enough to walk to all Manly' s facilities Friendly staff, clean but older facilities, suited our requirements well. - We were part of a four room group who attended a wedding at The Kiosk.   Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room.   I was very impressed I could book in at 11am and out my luggage in. Then my daughter snd i could get straight yo the royal easter show .Parking was very convenient. Bed was so comfortable. Have since recommended ibis to many people - We chose Ibid as it was nice and close to the stadium.
