  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money.   Had an outstanding time from the moment I walked through the doors! Staff were excellent and really friendly, and we received a complementary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday :) The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and everything was of high quality! :) T2 tea yum!! The staff is just friendly and efficient in getting you reservations etc. The rooms are very good with a great BOSE and Apple audio system to feel over relaxed.

  Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
