Good location regarding metro to Atlantic center and Manhattan. If you are looking for a quiet place this is it. Zenobia is a very friendly person who makes you feel at home and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely consider staying there again.

Boerum Hill is a great alternative to staying in Manhattan. We were

Having previously paid a small fortune to stay in cramped dingy hotels
rooms in Manhattan, we decided to try this as an alternative. It was a
great decision. You get so much more for your money, in terms of space
and facilities. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We were
in a guest house but had total independence and freedom. The very
helpful manager was available at specified times but left us to
ourselves unless we initiated contact. The area has plenty bars and

For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there. stations within a 5 minute walk, and considerably cheaper than most

I liked Spencer, the guy at the front desk. He was always helpful and
polite. And also one of the guys that cleaned, I think is his brother,
because they looked similar. The place is definitely what you pay for,
which is cheap, and that's the point.
