The front desk Manager was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at arounf 10 AM, The fornt desk personnel, knowing that we had a hard time locating the address and have driven 9 hours from Toronto, had a room ready and available immediately. -

Good location regarding metro to Atlantic center and Manhattan. If you are looking for a quiet place this is it. Zenobia is a very friendly person who makes you feel at home and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely consider staying there again.

Prisvärt och helt OK. Nära till Broadway så det var lugnt och inget stök. Bemannad disk dygnet runt. Vill man ha ett OK budgetboende i NY för att springa runt på stan är detta helrätt. Även om de är relativt långt upp, är taxi billigt. Att åka från nedre Manhattan till 107:e gatan kostade i september 2008 cirka 20-25 dollar. - Rena rum med god stan

Having previously paid a small fortune to stay in cramped dingy hotels
rooms in Manhattan, we decided to try this as an alternative. It was a
great decision. You get so much more for your money, in terms of space
and facilities. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We were
in a guest house but had total independence and freedom. The very
helpful manager was available at specified times but left us to

For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there. I liked Spencer, the guy at the front desk. He was always helpful and
polite. And also one of the guys that cleaned, I think is his brother,
because they looked similar. The place is definitely what you pay for,
which is cheap, and that's the point.
