It was a very pleasant place to stay: a large separate bedroom for the parents, a very large living room including three beds for the kids and a very convenient kitchen block (including free coffee). Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great.

The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. The decor and facilities were excellent and despite having a room overlooking 46th St noise was not an issue and it was a nice view to look out upon opening the curtains in Oct sun in NY. check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of.
we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a good system in place you could tell. Maximum service with minimum intrusion.

Very good location. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.

I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Le personnel était super sympa. La chambre était très propre. L'hôtel est dans la 58th street donc proche du Central Park et de la 5th Avenue. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner rien à critiquer. - L'emplacement est génial, le design très agréable, le rapport qualité/prix et surtout très calme.

I love this little Inn. It is by far the least expensive place to stay in Chelsea/Flatiron. It is not fancy by any means but it is quiet and the location is great. The location and the courteous staff! Very comfortable and quiet and clean and you can get the sense of actually living there when you stay in this wonderful historic building. I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. From here, it's easy to get to anywhere in this beautiful City!

in all definitely the perfect place to stay in New York for the money
paid. Had the experience with many other hotels before in the city,
none of those are even slightly comparable with the Brooklyn Midwood
Suites (for the money paid). I will definitely stay here the next time
I come to New York.

It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times
Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it
wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30
second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos
was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we
