Absolument tout, situation et décoration de rêve, le personnel estcharmant et compétent, les chambres sont grandes et luxueuses, le petitdéjeuner somptueux...nous y sommes d'ailleurs revenus au cours de notrevoyage alors que ce n'était pas prévu......... - Hôtel très très propre. The hotel is still going through some renovations, but the room was excellent, comfy and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The location is only 1/2 a block from Powell and the cable car line. I would definately stay here again. - The proximity to shopping, restaurants, transportation and thefriendliness of the staff.

I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. location was good but if you go two blocks over it gets a little rough.
wine and snack hour wasn't bad for free but in SF who wants to drink just decent wine?
staff was very nice and value for big city hotel in decent location on a BUSY wknd was excellent.

Hôtel très très bien situé. À côté de plusieurs points d'intérêt et près des transports en communs.
Les chambres sont très grandes on peut s'y détendre en plein jour. - Hôtel soigné, propre et accueillant. Le déjeuner et le coin cuisine sont très appréciés. La situation centrale est parfaite.

For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

It was very close to all the public transportation we were using, they held our luggage for the day before we could check in, the room was recently renovated and very cute, free breakfast was ok with a few healthier options, big bang for you buck I was very pleased overall, way nicer than any other Super 8s I have stayed at -

It's a great value for money
