Habitacion bonita, trato excelente - Es un hotel acogedor, muy céntrico, cerca de Powell y sirven café de cortesía en las mañanas!!! La habitación es limpia, cómoda, tiene un escritorio para poder trabajar, aunque el acceso al WiFi era intermitente.

wine and snack hour wasn't bad for free but in SF who wants to drink just decent wine?

For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -
