I found the staff to be very accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and chic. Our room was very comfortable. All in all I was very pleased - Stayed there a number of times, so they upgraded my room; easy checkout. Clients love the bar.

The Warwick Hotel was fantastic, it ticked all the boxes, the location was great, the character of the hotel was wonderful, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. - Jake went way beyound what he had to. The hotel was great and the service even better.

The hotel is still going through some renovations, but the room was excellent, comfy and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The location is only 1/2 a block from Powell and the cable car line. I would definately stay here again. - The proximity to shopping, restaurants, transportation and thefriendliness of the staff.

I highly recommend The Donatello. The staff was cheerful and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. location was good but if you go two blocks over it gets a little rough.
wine and snack hour wasn't bad for free but in SF who wants to drink just decent wine?
staff was very nice and value for big city hotel in decent location on a BUSY wknd was excellent.

For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others.

It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.

A very nice place perfectly located in the center of S.Francisco. The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. -

The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites. It was very close to all the public transportation we were using, they held our luggage for the day before we could check in, the room was recently renovated and very cute, free breakfast was ok with a few healthier options, big bang for you buck I was very pleased overall, way nicer than any other Super 8s I have stayed at -

It's a great value for money
