There was plenty of space in our King bedroom suite for our family of 3:
2 children & 1 adult. There was a kitchen sink, another
sink/mirror in the main bedroom & a sink inside the bathroom.
For 3 females, it was perfect. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel
with easy access to the Blue Line which takes you directly into downtown

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. (Read negative first)
However, the night desk manager helped us over to the Embassy Suites we're we were comped the night's stay as well as received free breakfast the next morning for our inconvenience. The bad thing with the Embassy Suites is that you could still smell smoke in the room even though the

We had a 18 hour overnight layover in Chicago and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They set up an in room couples massage and room service was amazing!

I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service to the airport to get to the CTA blue line to access the whole Chicago area. Drivers were punctual and courteous.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and lobby/breakfast area were well-maintained. The Starbucks coffee machine was the BEST!! Freshly ground and brewed when you want it...my favorite part of the stay! -
The lady who checked us in, I believe her name was Sara, was VERY helpful, taking our picture, explaining how to use the coffee machine, etc.

Very comfortable and great atmosphere. When I travel for please, my
friends and I have stayed at Eaglewood Spa in Itasca, il, and Fontana

The two bedroom queen bed suite we stayed in was spacious and it was great that each room had its separate bathroom. Also the kitchen was great, even though we did not use it. The landscape was beautiful, had grass, trees, bushes, etc. Excellent environment and it also was pet friendly.

Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest
train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us
back to the hotel. -
The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby
Tuesday's attached to the hotel. It was close to a major mall
and theater.

Exceptionally good hotel; actually the best such experience that I have ever had. Excellent food; good location convenient to the meditation retreat which we attended in Deerfield -
Great staff at the front desk. Room was spacious, enough for three adults. Nice hot breakfast every morning was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.
