Staff at the reception and at the Continental breakfast corner very welcoming, pleasant and ready to help.

Metra train station is essentially on the property. $4.25 puts you at
Union Station inChicago in about half an hour. But it doesn't run
past about 20:30 iirc.
Shuttle to the airport was prompt and quick.
The included breakfast was far better than most cheap-business-hotels'.

Price was reasonable. Breakfast, though not remarkable, was very
convenient and enjoyed by the kids. Felt safe there. Convenient to
O'hare. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 for us an our adult child, and
another room for or son's family. When we made the reservation on
line, we requested rooms near each other, but upon arrival were given
rooms on the 2nd an

but after a couple of minutes, they were able to get us a room only 2
doors apart from each other -
Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.

It had a complimentary shuttle service to the Chicago airport. They picked me up within 5 minutes of being called that I have arrived. The next morning, I waited just a few minutes before the shuttle went back to the airport to deliver me and three other hotel guests to our departure terminals. - nice mattress

The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a
car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the
road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing.
Music, restaurants, bars, movie theater, mall with food court all within

comfortable mattress, friendly and accommodating staff. Bar and
restaurant on site if you wanted to stay indoors. Clean pool area for
the family -
People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

There was plenty of space in our King bedroom suite for our family of 3:
2 children & 1 adult. There was a kitchen sink, another
sink/mirror in the main bedroom & a sink inside the bathroom.
For 3 females, it was perfect. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel
