I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and lobby/breakfast area were well-maintained. The Starbucks coffee machine was the BEST!! Freshly ground and brewed when you want it...my favorite part of the stay! -
The lady who checked us in, I believe her name was Sara, was VERY helpful, taking our picture, explaining how to use the coffee machine, etc.

friends and I have stayed at Eaglewood Spa in Itasca, il, and Fontana

The two bedroom queen bed suite we stayed in was spacious and it was great that each room had its separate bathroom. Also the kitchen was great, even though we did not use it. The landscape was beautiful, had grass, trees, bushes, etc. Excellent environment and it also was pet friendly.

Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest
train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us
back to the hotel. -
The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby
Tuesday's attached to the hotel. It was close to a major mall
and theater.
