I liked the hot tub. It was just the right temperature, and several times I had it to myself. I liked the room. The king size bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom, and nice décor. When I was going into my room, a lady was coming out. She was inspecting the room to make sure that the cleaning staff did their job. That was pretty cool. The

The staff really did everything to make our stay exactly what we wanted.
When I had trouble getting on the internet, they immediately gave me a
cable. When we locked ourselves out of the room, they gave us new cards
on the spot. When I needed directions, I got courteous, helpful
directions and a map!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provide a shuttle bus, not just to/from midway airport, but to anywhere within a 5 mile radius which is very helpful -

Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. I wish we had had the option of two queen beds instead of two doubles. -

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. They deserve an A+++++ The ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. -

The area in Wicker Park, Chicago is nice. Newly (2013) renovated rooms in nice condition. There are many restaurants in the area. The flat is spaceous and ideal for family. -
Spa, wet and dry sauna's were great. Masage therapist gabe me one of the best massages I have ever had. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Travelling with 5 young children and 3 adults can be daunting at times, but ALL the staff from the doormsn to the dining room, front desk to managers were absolutely incredible. Great downtown location with very friendly and helpful staff. Impressive lobby with convenient breakfast room location. Nice to have coffee available throughout the day. Breakfast quality was good and we so enjoyed the energy and attitude of Veronica, the breakfast attendant. Comfortable beds.

I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.
