I liked the hot tub. It was just the right temperature, and several times I had it to myself. I liked the room. The king size bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom, and nice décor. When I was going into my room, a lady was coming out. She was inspecting the room to make sure that the cleaning staff did their job. That was pretty cool. The

The staff really did everything to make our stay exactly what we wanted.
When I had trouble getting on the internet, they immediately gave me a
cable. When we locked ourselves out of the room, they gave us new cards
on the spot. When I needed directions, I got courteous, helpful
directions and a map!

Good location and great view (you can actually see the lake) for $129 a single night made it a bang for buck. The rooms are on the top floor (40th) while the lover levels are offices of different banks. Just thinking about taking a shower above a corner room makes you smile:)

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. The area in Wicker Park, Chicago is nice. Newly (2013) renovated rooms in nice condition. There are many restaurants in the area. The flat is spaceous and ideal for family. -
Spa, wet and dry sauna's were great. Masage therapist gabe me one of the best massages I have ever had. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
