Simple and quiet. A bit dated but overall ok. The classic american motel
in a very quiet area. Pretty close to Sunset Beach and Huntington Beach.
Lots of stores just across the street..including Taco something,
Starbucks, a grocery store...cleaner, nails, barber...gas station and
others. Room was also equippped with iron, fridge and micro-wave! -

The inn keepers were very nice. Location was close to large shopping
malls; room was comfortable & they brought in a fridge for us when
the ice machine broke down. Nice courtyard oasis from city traffic, but
they should put some park benches for visitors to use the area. Near
Little Saigon & Bella Terra upscale Mall.

The staff was friendly and did get us into another room after the air conditioner failed to work. Location was nice, near shopping. Bed was comfortable. -

We stayed at this hotel on our road trip to California. We actually
booked the room to be able to visit la at a lower budget and with free
parking. Beware of the traffic jam to go to la that are basically non
stop day and night. We thought we would take the train rail but been
advised not to do so as it might get dangerous. We finally took our car

Downey is between downtown LA and Anaheim, so it was convenient for us getting around to where we want to go. Not only the hotel itself; the whole neighborhood is quiet and clean. The room is huge and comfortable.

Friendly welcome, helpful staff, good WiFi, breakfast was ok, parking
easy below the hotel. I read the previous poor reviews and was nervous
that we might find the same but we did not. I would stay there again.
They had a special offer with the very local King Neptune restaurent.
$55 for a dinner for 2 including wine. Recommended too. -

Staff was quick to respond to requests and a burned out light first thing in the morning so I could take a shower and get to my flight on time. Overall, I wish I could have spent more time there.

Your check in staff was awesome. I cannot remember his name my guess
is peter but you should really find who was on staff that day. There
was a huge party with a broken bus and he took care of everything

what I liked most was Sherri at the front desk. She was friendly knowledgeable about places to go and things to do but was very helpful with our specific request for a shuttle to Knotts Halloween Haunt. Really she went above and beyond but it was such a win for us that whatever business or pleasure that takes me to Buena Park again, I will look to
