The location to the water front (A very nice area with bars etc, the Queen Mary and the Aquirium )and the closeness to be able to catch at Boat from either Long Beach or San Pedro. -

I loved that before we even got into our room they were serving us warm cookies right at the lobby. The decor is beautiful and the view of the ocean is breathtaking. I truly loved this experience. -

For those who want a lovely place to stay before heading to the sea on a
cruise, this hotel is definitely a precursor to the luxuries you may
expect. The rooms are immaculate, and the staff goes above and beyond to
ensure happiness of each guest. I have a severe disability, and use a
service dog. They were very kind to my dog, despite their "no

Floor, where not only we would be more comfortable, but our dog would be
less distracted -
Staff were all very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable,
the towels were nice quality, the hotel had all the amenities you could
want. Room service was friendly and prompt. For our needs location was
excellent. The decor was nice.

EXCELLENT Hotel. In my opinion, the best on in Huntington Beach.
Design is unique, rooms are very clean and location is perfect if you want to visit the south of LA (From Huntington Beach to Laguna Beach).
The Staff is Excellent and Zimzala Bar is a good place to take a drink if you don't want to get out of the Hotel.

This hotel is very nice. The room I had was not very big but very clean and comfortable. The hallways were clean and elegant and the bar is great. I had a drink at the bar then walked one block over to Main St to have a few more. The proximity to the ocean and nightlife is just steps. I plan to stay here for my next beach vacation.

The staff was extremely hospitable, and the accommodations were excellent. Tony and Roy from f&b really change our experience from good to great. Their customer service showed that the restaurant and hotel will continue to do very well. They have gained lifetime customers from my group of friends. Many of who did not even stay at the property

Awesome amenities. The room was very comfortable and luxurious. Great TV channels. Amazing heated outdoor pool and whirlpool. Great views at night. Good location to walk the pier. Very accommodating and professional staff and room service.
