The staff was very courteous and professional. The housekeeping staff was very unassuming and polite. The room was neat and clean, as was the property (even though they were undergoing a remodel). -

The Bistro hours are awkward. 5Am to 10am, and 5pm to 10pm. What is the
purpose of having a lunch menu when it isn't open at lunch time? Who
wakes up at 5am on vacation? Everytime I decided to eat, the Bistro had
closed 30 minutes prior. Paying for parking. Why? I'm already paying
for the room at $135 per night. $8/ day for parking is silly,

1-We arrived earlier than anticipated and the employee (unfortunately I did not get her name but she was great) at the front desk graciously allowed us to check in early. 2- The pool area, gym, room, etc., were very clean. 3- budget friendly for what you get. We will most definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it.

I had an issue with the toilet not flushing properly and the handle had fallen off. I called and reported it and they were very quick to fix it. I really appreciate the speedy service. -

The facilities were very modern and It was very clean. The décor was
bright. Not exactly like the pictures on the website, but still very
nice. The bathroom was fabulous, it felt like a spa bathroom, with the
huge shower and beautiful décor. The beds were very comfortable. The
breakfast was ok.

Everything was very positive,the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle service to the airport with a reservation. They normally don't do the shuttle after 5 in the afternoon, but our flight out was at night. So they took us to the airport at 6 in the evening. The room itself was just great! Everything was super clean. Even though we stayed in a smoking room the smell was faint and it wasn't bothersome. The room was bigger than what I was expecting which was a plus. Also there was a mini fridge and stove top which I wasn't counting on. Great experience. I wish all of the Best Western Inns were as clean

I enjoyed the friendliness of each person that I came into contact with that worked there! The free breakfast far surpassed and free hotel breakfast that I've had anywhere else. Great location and reasonable rates. Will recommend to others and will stay there again when I'm back in the area!!
