very Friendly and helpful staff made me feel special. And the very nice Suite had everything I needed. Made me want to stay longer to thoroughly enjoy the room especially the Bed!! and Breakfast was very nice as well. If I were going to Dallas and area this would be a really good choice for me and I will recommend this hotel to others. -

The hotel was very close to the airport with free airport shuttle service. The staff was very helpful. It was budget friendly for a family in the process of an overseas move back to the US. The premises were clean though basic. The pool was perfect for the kids after an 11 hour flight. -

Easy check-in. Great room for the price. Clean room, carpet, and bathroom. No bad odors. The breakfast is good. Hot and fresh. Has bacon, eggs, gravy, biscuits, a waffle machine, assorted breads, fruit, and cereals. Front desk staff was nice. Excellent housekeepers..especially to our requests. Comfy beds. No bed bugs. I booked the room for one night and wanted something close to the airport with shuttle service. We were on our way home from vacation and needed to overnight somewhere close to the airport. Shuttle service drivers were friendly and helpful as well as the front desk clerk. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Just what we needed after a 10 hour overseas flight.

There was a wedding at the hotel but I didn't hear a thing! My floor was totally quiet which was important because I had to retire early to get a 5 AM flight. -
As soon as desk figured out I was a Marriott member, I got a nicer room and much nicer care.

It was clean, but some worn spots to tell of its age. The staff was accommodating an pleasant. The manager was up front and supportive. And we called in to approve a late check in which was well received.

Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. After del

The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service in the bar.
Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender
just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the
issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished.
I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should
at least respond.

The hotel is a 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport and in a lovely historic town with pretty shops. The restaurant next to the hotel is brilliant. A great hotel, lovely, friendly staff and a secret find!! Rooms are super clean and cosy. The hotel will even take you to the Mall where you could spend a few days as it is HUGE !!! We will be retur

We were stranded at DFW Airport due to our flight being cancelled and was looking at an inexpensive hotel but safe and clean with a shuttle to/from the airport. This fit the bill perfectly we paid $54.99. The rooms were clean and included breakfast, but we left too early to take advantage of it.
