The hotel was very close to the airport with free airport shuttle service. The staff was very helpful. It was budget friendly for a family in the process of an overseas move back to the US. The premises were clean though basic. The pool was perfect for the kids after an 11 hour flight. -

honestly can not think of a single negative thing to say. The staff were
very helpful with directions and ideas for activities. And the breakfast
was wonderful.

Easy check-in. Great room for the price. Clean room, carpet, and bathroom. No bad odors. The breakfast is good. Hot and fresh. Has bacon, eggs, gravy, biscuits, a waffle machine, assorted breads, fruit, and cereals. Front desk staff was nice. Excellent housekeepers..especially to our requests. Comfy beds. No bed bugs. I booked the room for one night and wanted something close to the airport with shuttle service. We were on our way home from vacation and needed to overnight somewhere close to the airport. Shuttle service drivers were friendly and helpful as well as the front desk clerk. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Just what we needed after a 10 hour overseas flight.

Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. After del

The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service in the bar.
Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender
just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the
issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished.
I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should
at least respond.

The hotel was exactly what I expected, budget friendly. Rooms were basic and clean. Breakfast was your basic budget breakfast (cereal, waffle maker, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, bread) & everything was clean and fresh. The staff is really kind and everyone makes their best to make you feel comfortable.
The location is perfect either if you want to the grapevine mills other stores nearby. and less than 10 min ride to the airport.
The rooms are always clean and it's being refurnished now they include a microwave hair dryer and flat screen, you will enjoy your stay here..

Recently stayed 3 days at this hotel and encountered some of the
friendliest staff I can remember at a hotel! Their courtesy shuttle was
more than helpful, both ways. I made the mistake of leaving one of my
favorite polos in the room, and the head housekeeper was great in the
process to help send it back. Would recommend! -

This is by far the best airport hotel that I've ever stayed at. The hotel was super clean and nicely decorated. The bed, sheets, pillows, and towels were all of superb quality. The bed was more comfortable than many 4 star hotels that I've stayed in. -

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, will definitely be
coming again. The staff were awesome, especially Dutchess. The room was
impeccable, loved the bed and the shower was amazing! Breakfast was
light and delicious. This is a hotel to stay at if you ever need a small

This hotel is in nice quiet location. The front desk staff were very
helpful and most professional. The breakfast was the best we encountered
in our travels through Texas and the room facilities with well designed
kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. Shuttle service was very good.
