My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. They happy hour was perfect and my kids enjoyed the late hours of the pool. I was very pleased with the Embassy Suites Hotel and don't have any negative remarks. This hotel earned an "A" all around. I liked the location because it was close to the downtown area where I spent the majority of my time and very convenient to the airport. The restaurant inside the hotel was great, the food and food portions were wonderful. The staff overall was very accommodating and kind, -

I liked the minimalistic style of the rooms. No tacky paintings above the beds, no stained carpet, no out-dated restroom fixtures. -

Pls chk why r they charging extra USD20 as the billing is only USD66.39. My card stated it charged the extra USD20 when I chk-in n when chk out billing only USD66.39. Will they revert it backto me. -

Fantastic value for money. Room is a two story loft type room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a pull out bed / sofa. Evening drinks and snack food plus free breakfast are all included in the low price. I would definitely use Hawthorn Suites again. -

Loved the shuttle service provided by the hotel .The drivers were great
and made it so easy to get around. Would come back to the Park Inn just
for that perk alone. Coffee shop was good too didn't get a chance to
use the cafe, it was well advertised . -
I came during the megafest weekend, and the staff remained poised and organized even though so

He should be recognized for his excellent services because he really deserves it. Whenever I'm in the Dallas area I would back again.

I got in very late from Weatherford, tx the first night and when I got
back to the Baymont on the 18th I checked in for my departing flight on
the 19th at & while doing so left my gps at the computer station.
The desk had it in their possession when I asked the next morning. I was
very pleased with the honesty of the staff. -

I had a issue with my credit card but the staff was more than willing to help in the situation. Was nice and convenient for where we needed to go. Good price for money. -
