  Everything about this hotel was incredible - we found ourselves wanting to stay longer - Gaia at the front desk reception was so very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about the property. Our room was spacious and included anything one might need for extended stays. Very central location at the 'Lawnmarket' on the 'Royal Mile' in the Old Town, in the shadow of the castle itself - great for sight- seeing most within a very short walking distance and only a short bus ride to others.

  Very clean bed and breakfast. Excellent service and exceptionally helpful staff. Old Scottish townhouse with clean interior, high ceilings, spacious rooms and lovely conservatory for breakfast. Only a mile from the city centre with good bus services. Quiet area. The breakfast was self serve, but great. The apartment was located on a nice quiet street about a 45 minute walk or 10 -15 minute cab ride from city centre.

Beautiful eating area, lovely big Scottish breakfast, everything was in a very relaxed way, there was nothing that we couldn't ask Jude about or to help with. The parking is very convenient with a connecting lift (once you have the key) although it is quite expensive.
