She went beyond expectations for helping us w airline details, reservations, information, etc. She happily got up very early to provide a lovely continental breakfast for 2 of us w early flights. The tea and full breakfast were sumptious and delicious. Rooms smallish but well appointed. General decor, landscaping, etc were lovely!

The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff. Very central location at the 'Lawnmarket' on the 'Royal Mile' in the Old Town, in the shadow of the castle itself - great for sight- seeing most within a very short walking distance and only a short bus ride to others.

we stayed at tigerlilly for our second wedding anniversary. we stayd in the junior suit it was a stunning room very comfortable.we had a few drinks in the bar.the bar staff were excellent my hubby loves his whisky and one young irish bar man helped with choosing different ones he hadn't tried before giving the backgrounds of the whiskys ect brilliant service.cant wait to stay again x
