We loved the apartment. Just big enough for a couple, with a separate living area. Nice big comfortable bed in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge and all the kitchen stuff one may need. We only booked an apartment as we couldn't find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with Fountain courts & the equipment , washing machine & dishwasher plus the usual.We found the apartment much more relaxing & we had more freedom about breakfast & dining in. Would definately stay here again.Staff were friendly & helpfull. Easy walk to the castle & city centre.

I'm not a very demanding traveller, all I need is a comfy bed, good shower and a proper breakfast - all was there for the reasonable price. The location was perfect for me - I was looking for a place closer to my daughter who is renting the room. The bus stops right near the hotel, easy to reach the city centre. We arrived early,really only wanted to drop cases off but was warmly
greeted and allowed up to to our rooms. We had a knock a few mins later
to check everything was in order. The whole establishment was spotless
and all staff very friendly, would certainly stop again and recommend to
others. At the end of the road approx 400m is the bus stop that

Although we could not take the room until 2pm we were able to leave our bags much earlier and have them moved to our room when it was ready so we were free to enjoy an afternoon in Edinburgh, which very much appreciated. Room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was decent and filling and at a reasonable time. The hotel is in the Haymarket area which meant a short and inexpensive train ride into the centre - so an excellent location with

Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee.
My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.
Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle.
Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if

Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

The welcome was warm, the room was clean and had all the attributes of a 4* hotel, plus some. A warm comfortable bed and the room was very quiet, I probably had the best sleep for weeks. The breakfast good as you get at any 4* hotel I have stayed in up and down the country. A Great B&B, and a warm welcome to boot. I will be seeing all again soon I hope. The location is excellent. Great parking and very good welcome at check-in. Warm and homely. The room was huge and comfortable with great heating when needed. Very clean.
