Super enormous comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities inc. biscuits and sweets! Fabulous breakfasts - tasty juice, fresh strawberries, raspberries, huge blueberries and lovely creamy yoghurt. The full breakfast looked good but I had the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, yummy! Lots of info in the sitting room and a very handy help yourself bar.

The location is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Slaughters Country Inn and the tranquil surroundings of what is a stunning village. La situation de l'hôtel - Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was central with parking which was great for the shops. Beautiful surroundings and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The food was also superb. It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.

I strongly advise eating here also as the good is simple devine.
We ordered breakfast in bed which just made every morning just that little bit more special.

its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.

This welcoming hotel just outside Cheltenham is on a quiet section of the A40, with views across the garden to the hills beyond. You can easily get into Cheltenham by bus and there are lots of walks in the surrounding countryside. I actually come from Bourton on the Water and have recently started staying in The Dial House whilst visiting family and friends. It's the best Hotel we've stayed in in Bourton, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms are lovely and the food is excellent. The Hotel is located in the centre of the village and we will definitely be staying there during all of our frequent forthcoming visits to Bourton. Would DEFINITELY recommend.
