  This was our first trip to Edinburgh. We were hoping to book a hotel closer to the city centre, but as ours was a last minute booking, we were limited for choice. As it turned out, the Britannia was just perfect for us and we're now very pleased we chose it. The hotel itself is ugly, massive, chain-like, but people are okay, walking distance to town attractive, there is a park and a river road, so, I recommend this place!

  This was my first stay in a Tune Hotel and my first trip back to Edinburgh in 20 years! I have to say I was very impressed. I didn't check in until late at night and the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, stating, 'we've been waiting for you'. As for room cleanliness and security device from lobby to lifts and then to rooms, there is nothing to worry about. I like the picture like scenery from my room window. It is purely awesome,

  Easy to book, very attentive property managers, Large Victorian style apartment on the top floor close t the city centre. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to the main city centre but lots of other bars/cafes/restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The bonus was that if you ask the company they can arrange a free NCP city parking pass at one of the main cit - We stayed at the Blinkbonny Rd residence and it was great. The owner was extremely friendly and the home was immaculate. Absolutely made my family feel like we stayed at our home away from home. We can't wait until our next visit.
