Excellent value for a guesthouseso close to the centre of Edinburgh. Also a lovely Italian restaurantdown the road!

The family room was great. Was in after the reception was closed and out before it opened. Had no problems.   Thanks for a great experience in Edinburgh. The Randolph Mackensie really did prove to be one of the highlights of the trip. I've been apprehensive of guest houses but this place has removed any doubts for the future.
