  Beautifuly decorated and very comfortable place to stay. Dean is a wonderful host - we felt like visiting an old friend. Good location as Edinburgh's Grouse House is situated in walking distance to all the attractions but far enough from them to easily find free parking. Excellent value for a guesthouseso close to the centre of Edinburgh. Also a lovely Italian restaurantdown the road!

The family room was great. Was in after the reception was closed and out before it opened. Had no problems.
