l'acceuil - L'hotel est à environ 20min à pied du vieux centre et il y a des bus quipassent devant l'hotel toutes les 10min (environ). Nous avions unechambre de 3 en sous-sol et trés spacieuse. Le personnel est trésdisponible et toujours pret à nous aider. Possibilité d'avoir un petitdéjeuner anglais qui est trés bien.

This hotel is like my view of an old hotel should be steeped in history and splendour. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect. It was a walkable distance from Edinburgh city centre. However I recommend taking a taxi from the train station so you don't have to walk with lots of bags. We found it very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. -

Very friendly welcome. We were in Edinburgh to see the rugby match and
the Granville was one of a few places to stay that didn't demand you
booked both the Friday and Saturday nights or else charged more than
usual for the Saturday night. It is walking distance to the centre. It

the guesthouse! Everything we needed for short stay on the city. -
Staff very friendly and helpful, willing to provide anything we needed. Room fairly large with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast in lovely front room. Good location near canal and we could walk into city in 20 mins.

There's nothing to complain about this beautiful modern, spacious
apartment. We travelled with our 25 yr old daughter. Location was
excellent. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It's about a 20 minute walk to Princes Street. We did not mind.
There are buses going that way every 10 mins. Apartment had a nice
homely feel with a lovely private garden which we enjoyed. Much better
than living in an hotel room. I would definitely recommend this
apartment.
