  C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu une chambre neuvevaste et très bien décorée. Le personnel est aimable, prévenant et trèsprofessionnel. Le petit déjeuner est parfait,varié, copieux etexcellent.La piscine est vraiment un plus très agréable.   Friendly &helpful staff,with great facilities to make the stay special. We really enjoyed the Pool and Sauna.It was so relaxing. Bristol is a Vibrant City with a busy nightlife. You can walk around the City easily -theres so much to see -great Architecture,Museums and not forgetting Shopping. The Hotel's city centre location was ideal for our visit. - Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area. Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.
