Attractive and well equipped. T bags, coffee etc nice touch. Free wifi useful. Good location , pleasant area, easy to get into city centre. Key collection etc v straightforward. Have stayed before and will again. -

Great private apartment, great pin code entry system, fully functionalkitchen (once I found that the silverware and other stuff was in thedishwasher) - Everything that we could of needed was there, lovely building, greatapartments, and the staff were beyond helpful a definate 5*

The Welly is a great place to stay. We've been here twice. Staff are friendly, rooms tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and there's amazing coffee in the rooms. Despite being over a pub it's actually quite quiet. -

I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and offered some comfort for me to escape from the hospital for an hour or so. On arriving in Bristol we had terrible trouble parking so I rang the apartment to ask if there was any chance I could ch

The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.

The hotel has a great location for those wanting to explore the city, especially good for the shops with Cabot Circus a 5 min walk away! Staff couldnt have done more to make our stay! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable and i really liked the bathroom. Rainfall shower and bath was brilliant. -

We were immediately greeted with friendly, efficient staff. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast - enough to set us up for a day's sightseeing! We were going to the Hippodrome and so I had sourced this hotel as being particularly close. I am a single mother with two children and so I had booked a family room, but I never expected it to be as roomy and practical as it was. With three beds, a decent sized bathroom, a tv and coffee facilities all being on a floor which was clearly marked "QUIET ZONE" I was so impressed and would definitely stay here again.

Although the room was small for 2 friends sharing i think it would have been perfectly sized for a weekend break for a couple. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices available, although a longer time period for breakfast would have been better.
The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town!
I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
