Made to feel very welcome by the owners. Delicious breakfast and perfect location. Easy walking distance to the town and walks. Good value for money as breakfast is included and would definitely recommend to all; young and old.

Parking outside Guest House is very limited due to its situation.
Some traffic noise in morning if you have the window open: but that just gives you more time to gaze at the Catbells.
Parking slight problem but owner went out of way to see us all right.
