  The whole experience at The Hostel was great! the employees at the Hostel went out of their way to help you with any kind of problems and queries. You felt like you where more around friends than just an ordinary guest. The breakfast was useful and for 2 pounds very sufficient. The showers and kitchen where among the better once I have seen in - The staff is great and stayed up late to be able to check me in even though it was past their reception hours, and she had a great and fun attitude even though I had woken her up. The hostel wants to become the best hostel in Edinburgh and are open to critique which gave me the sense that I was a honored guest and I felt very welcome. A pretty good hostel.

The bedrooms had ample storage space and wardrobe areas so were great. Overall a lovely clean apartment.

  A lovely apartment (Haddington Place), which despite being on a very busy corner is quiet (esp. in the bedrooms) with loads of light. The lady who checked us in (Fiona?) was very pleasant and helpful - good restaurant and shopping suggestions, and handled the fact that the en-suite bathroom was unavailable due to a leak they couldn't find by provi... ce que les gens disent » ding a good discount. Excellent location for everything (bus stops are about two blocks up, so no loitering near-by). Linens provided were very nice. - There's nothing to complain about this beautiful modern, spacious apartment. We travelled with our 25 yr old daughter. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's about a 20 minute walk to Princes Street. We did not mind. There are buses going that way every 10 mins. Apartment had a nice homely feel with a lovely private garden which we enjoyed. Much better than living in an hotel room. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
