  Fitness/gym facilities and pool. All staff very friendly and helpful - It was good to find a hotel with a decent size sauna, swimming pool, steam room and a jacquzzi, all of which worked and were clean. The changing room were very very good for this type of hotel

  Plenty of room and extremely well equipped, with a manager (Daniel) who went to the trouble of coming round and sorting out the television so that we could watch it, rather than, as one might have feared, ignoring our request on the grounds that it was after hours and he could be off home!   Reservation did not have to be searched for. Registration form was waiting for my signature. Breakfast was an excellent choice, good quality, quick with excellent service. - The staff went out of their way to help, particularly the reception staff who gave directions for my onward journey

  Value for money. Couldn't find a cheaper but good and clean hotel to spend a couple of nights in Birmingham. Internet was good and it was free. Tv was also good with variety of channels. Staff helped us with an extra bed for free. Direct access to city center by bus (20-30 min depending on traffic). Parking was free.   Rooms are very clean and nice, nice room design, private parking, caring manager Peter, funny kettle (need to include instructions of use ), not far form city centre - Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.

  me and my husband stayed for a family wedding for 5 nights.the staff were very accomodating,friendily and welcoming.when we arrived it was a hot day so they upgraded our double room to a much cooler and bigger room a family room with more space.very useful as we stayed 5 nights!the room had lovely big shower and even luxury bathrobe!The owners hel... ce que les gens disent » ped with my other family who stayed and even helped book taxi's for transport to the wedding.breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful and good serv - The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I liked the large car park at the back which is locked at night by a garage style door. It is very convenient. The bus stop to the city centre is nearby and the buses are frequent. I was staying to visit my husband in hospital and there is a bus straight to the QE about 10 mins walk away. There is a small Tesco opposite and a Post Office about 400m away.

  Lovely clean rooms! The bed was SO comfortable with a lovely feather down duvet. The B&B has great facilities, LOTS of private parking at the back of building. The greenery was lovely when you came into the B&B and the decoration very good. The friendliness of the owner and staff were excellent.
