This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Blackpool. -

The 'home from home' feel and Donna and John were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant all round for families. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were given a lovely room with a four poster bed - slept like a log! Enjoyed the breakfast which was served traditionally rather than buffet style - everythiing was fresh and hot. Enjoyed the spa pool and gym although a couple of pieces of equipment needed a little attention, ie broken foot

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, rooms upgraded and food excellent at dinner, and there is a lovely coffee shop from 10am - 5pm with a lovely selection of food. Free car parking and the beach is only a 5 or 10 minute walk away which is superb and goes for miles. Nothing is too much trouble, just ask and its done. Peaceful hotel. No hustle and bustle. Just enjoy.

Friendly staff gave us an automatic upgrade as the room was available. Breakfast was excellent, with the best cooked eggs I have ever had in a hotel. It was easy to control the temperature in the room and we were very comfortable. Well situated on the sea front, clean and modern, we were delighted with our choice. We will definitely return to and also recommend this hotel.

The hotel was excellent in everyway! the rooms were very clean and keep to a high standard thoughout our stay, the food again excellent and the proprietors are very warm and friendly, they made a good holiday great. would definitely reccomend this hotel if your staying in blackpool.
