This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Blackpool. -

we received a very warm welcome at the hotel on arrival. hotel facilities were excellent and location on the prom perfect. we had dinner at vettrianos restaurant both evenings and had an excellent 4 course dinner served by friendly restaurant staff. - The facilities for the children were excellent especially the chocalate fountain and childrens fi

We loved the room, location, leisure facilities and the food. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a perfect stay. We will be returning soon I hope. We loved room 117, floor to ceiling windows, a huge bed and fabulous bathroom with a walk in wet room shower and Molton Brown toiletries. -

The friendly, efficient service of the proprietor and staff and the cleanliness of everything we encountered. We also liked the interior design and the furnishings. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer.The restaurant which was recommended at our request and where a table was booked for us at short notice on a busy Saturday teatime fitted the bill exactly.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Phildene, the staff couldn't have beenmore helpful and suggested a number of things to do and see whilst wewere staying, Room was very comfortable and everything you needed wasthere also the breakfast was top notch, would definitely go back. Everything was absolutely perfect!
We actually booked a small double room from Mon-Fri and when we arrived we found they had actually upgraded us to a bigger room with no extra charge! :)

Everything. The location was just off the sea front within easy reach of the attractions and tram stop. The en-suite (shower, no bath) was clean, tidy with tea/coffee, TV and comfortable bed. Hair dryer, bathrobes basic toiletries etc were all provided, Breakfast was at a sensible time, and excellent. Full English meant that - plus a Scottish touch of a little haggis if you wanted it! Bacon, egg, tomato, black pudding, sausage, haggis, large potato chips, and all the usual trimmings - all cook

From the moment we entered the foyer nothing was too much trouble for the staff. This was a surprise birthday treat for my partner, which he utterly enjoyed. All the little extras made the trip extra special, waiters bringing drinks to table, courtesy car to restaurant and very attentive waiter service whilst relaxing have our beautiful meal was all very much apprepciated. We will be back again. Thank you
