Clean and tidy and they had anticipated our needs by providing extra items such as tissues, cotton wool, shower gel, milk tea and coffee, and hair dryer. The spa and bbq was a lovely touch too and it is these things that help create a relaxing break! Parking good too! -

Comfortable room with plenty of facilities/space. Staff were friendly, helpful and gave us lots of information.
Aloha is in a good situation for the bay of islands, Russell, Waitangi etc.
You can get a tour to 90 mile beach from Paihia, although we drove and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Good restaurants in town - about a ten minute walk. Overall

we stayed here for the night as a gift for our wedding nite and loved the flowers that were left in our room from the lovely gardens from the staff at the motel, a lovely touch, thank you. Wine & chocolates were left for the room by my parents which the staff put into our room before our arrival, big thanks for doing that. Great facilities and a relaxing stay

Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable and facilities were very good. We had a ground floor sea view, which wasn't strictly a sea view as most of the time, cars were parked directly across from the room as there was parking for the beach. The beach was literally across the street, though so it was still a good spot. Restaurants, the wharf and the centre is a 15 minute walk from the accommodation, so pretty good location.

Friendly greeting on arrival and a pleasant airy room. The unit is close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk from the main part of town and some nice restaurants. We didn't need to use our car for the three days that we stayed there. -

We loved the location as was quiet even tho just off a main road and could hear the falls. Loved the deck area, BBQ option and the fact that all rooms faced the river and falls. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We originally booked a studio apartment but found it to be too small for a party of 3 adults so we moved to a 2 bedroom apartment and while it was the only one without a view we were very happy with it as it was very spacious and we were going to be out most of the day anyway. The location is excellent (only a short drive into Paihia) and the area around the motel is beautiful and well kept.
