The privacy, cleanliness, Scenery was lovely and central to everything.
Loads of parking so we left the car there and walked around. The man at
reception was very pleasent and friendly. -
The proximity to the shore/shops/ferry/Waitangi museum/eateries etc. but far enough away from main traffic noise.

Clean and tidy and they had anticipated our needs by providing extra items such as tissues, cotton wool, shower gel, milk tea and coffee, and hair dryer. The spa and bbq was a lovely touch too and it is these things that help create a relaxing break! Parking good too! -

Welcomed with fresh muffins from really nice hosts. Our cottage was right next door to hosts house yet it was private, clean and had every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great place for our break away weekend. Easy access to a variety of attractions, Paihia,Kerikeri etc.

The owners were very helpful in all respects, when I advised them that we would not be arriving till early Saturday morning this was not a problem as we were coming from the King Country.

Wonderful greeting by owners upon arrival,very clean and tidy, just a nice atmosphere.well done and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others and stay there again if up in Paihia. -

We liked the friendly welcome and assistance with our luggage. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the front deck was great for an afternoon aperitif! Very short flat walk to the main centre of Paihia, didn't need to move our vehicle from the free undercover parking provided. -

loved the roominess of the apartment - ideal when travelling with a toddler who likes to run around. Also loved the separate bedrooms and full kitchen. Really loved being greeted with a free beer or softdrink, and free wifi. Also the added mile Paul went to pay our toll for us - saved us having to stop if the baby was asleep. Thank you Paul. Great location within easy walk to everything, and great recommendation about meals at the RSA.

Aloha is in a good situation for the bay of islands, Russell, Waitangi etc.
You can get a tour to 90 mile beach from Paihia, although we drove and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

we stayed here for the night as a gift for our wedding nite and loved the flowers that were left in our room from the lovely gardens from the staff at the motel, a lovely touch, thank you. Wine & chocolates were left for the room by my parents which the staff put into our room before our arrival, big thanks for doing that. Great facilities and a relaxing stay

Very quiet (although we did have a unit away from the road). Very clean
and tidy, good facilities, welcoming host. All good. Its near the treaty
grounds in one direction and the shops/cafes in the other. But
mostly I just love that they found my tablet charger before I even knew
I had lost it, and posted it on really quickly.

Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable and facilities were very good. We had a ground floor sea view, which wasn't strictly a sea view as most of the time, cars were parked directly across from the room as there was parking for the beach. The beach was literally across the street, though so it was still a good spot. Restaurants, the wharf and the centre is a 15 minute walk from the accommodation, so pretty good location.

Good Location if you have a car, a bit far to walk to the town centre but was fantastic having a pool and trampoline for our son to play on and the spa was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would love to stay again but we would stay on the bottom floor as you have easy access to the pool and the car park. The countdown is right next

had a lovely relaxing time here.facilites were great ie the suite stayed in was immaculate,luxurious and everything u need for a nice weekend break. LOVED the jacqussi bath.weather was poor at time of stay but definately going back in summer to utilise the rest of the facilities that looked great..swimming pool and hot tub.
