The hotel and staff were all outstanding. We were met by friendly front desk staff and shown to our rooms. The rooms are very well decorated and the beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Given the hot temperatures during our visit, the A/C was an added bonus. The next morning lovely waitstaff served us a delicious breakfast. Overall,

The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. The room was very comfortable with high quality tea and coffee.
The staff were fabulous. We were in the hotel due to attending a funeral and the staff were exceptionally kind to me and my husband.
In the restaurant the quality of food was excellent alongside the great service. We would stay at this hotel again.

Everything. The quality of the room furnishings, shower, lovely fluffy white towels and dressing gowns. The little touches like fresh milk brought to your room in a iced cooler. The staff were friendly and very efficient, food excellent. Will definitely be back. -

We needed a very early breakfast to enable us to go ballooning and 3 minutes beyond our arranged time for service received a call to enquire if we were ready for breakfast. The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture.
Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.

Very friendly and professional staff, were polite and forthcoming with information to make our stay more enjoyable. Payment was quick and efficient and more importantly correct. Quiet location, great facilities. Good value meal for a saturday night.

My sisters and I met up to go shopping in Swindon. We usually just meet for the day as Swindon is a half way mark. We decided it would be nice to catch up the night before over a meal and then go shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. - Very professional and friendly staff, good service.
