The hotel and staff were all outstanding. We were met by friendly front desk staff and shown to our rooms. The rooms are very well decorated and the beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Given the hot temperatures during our visit, the A/C was an added bonus. The next morning lovely waitstaff served us a delicious breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying here again soon.

We were in the hotel due to attending a funeral and the staff were exceptionally kind to me and my husband. In the restaurant the quality of food was excellent alongside the great service. We would stay at this hotel again. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The food was amazing - especially the game menu, amazing presentation and flavours. We have never had such a comfortable bed in a hotel and all the fine details and extras in the room were superb. Well worth the visit and would definitely return one day. This place is such a find I don't really want others to know... But! The rooms are impeccably stylish... We were in the Kings Chamber and fantastic value. The food was delicious and service all round first class. The staff are so friendly and I have to take my hat off to Tracy and Kelly who looked after us... Out of a 2 week vacation all over Europe, this was by far our favorite place. Beautiful building! Luke made us feel really welcome. The room was gorgeous, and had the little special things that make a nice hotel, into a great hotel. Super close to Stonehenge to, so great location! Thanks Pembroke Arms!. Just about everything. We were there for the annual fireworks team bash and they looked after us extremely well. Even though my meal had been left off the pre-ordered list (not their fault) they sorted it out. We enjoyed our stay very much. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately letsbookhotel.com did not book us a room to include a child but the Manager accommodated our needs anyway. Excellent friendly service all round. Everyone at the hotel was utterly charming and did their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible. This was impressive. I felt on holiday as soon as I was through the front door. The Staff are so friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the air conditioning in this hot weather. Looked forward to returning to the Hotel to cool off. The hotel was absolutely fab, and the staff were all a delight! I will definitely be returning,as will my staff and friends for a non working luxury break. Staff weree excellent friendly but discreet, not in your face. Small hotel beautifully refurbished, rooms lovely. Food delicious. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the warm welcome, to the lovely room, exellent food and service at dinner and breakfast. quality of hot and cold drinks available in room. Very comfortable bed. I saw two rooms equally beautifully decorated. The staff were super-friendly, the food was excellent and the room was delightfully quirky. Really nice rooms. Great value and will stay again! Almost everything. Wonderful staff. It's a very quirky hotel and had a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Menu was interesting for lunch and dinner. decor and ambience. The boiler was having some issues so there was not any hot water in our rooms. The hotel was very apologetic and discounted our stay for our inconvenience. Nothing. Nothing to add. One minor blip - they hadn't got their morning newspaper arrangements sorted out, but I am sure that will now have been dealt with. Everything was great!. Only one thing, the towel rail did not come on so it was alittle chilly during a morning shower. Dirty bathroom floor with dust and hairs in all corners. Cold eggs benedict first thing in the morning when no other guests were awake, also the floor under out table was the only place not cleaned when we had breakfast?!?. Room lovely but too small. No space to move around. Room service was a bit iffy - they need a good housekeeper to check results. I requested a double room but actually got 2 single beds put together. I requested a different room but none were available. Not what you want at £120 a night. Although very friendly, staff all seemed young and inexperienced so there was a lot of double checking even for the most basic of questions or requests. Aircon unit in the room was noisy and woke me during the night. I expected more based in room rates. busy road.
