Unfortunately the best one can say about most hotels is that service was indifferent.. The Old Bell set the standard. They could not have done it better. The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture.
Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.
