  Wonderful place to stay. Great spa facilities. A spectacular location right on the lake with a private beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff genuinely nice.   The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » again. - This has been thoroughly enjoyable - the lovely rooms, the hotel's position in the city, the excellent breakfast, the ever so helpful staff: there is no doubt where we would return to next time we are in Luzern!

  Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

  Warm, comfortable, spacious interiors and rooms throughout the building. Wide stairways, large lifts - the library area with coffee machine and lounge room would serve well in winter time. HIgh quality fitted rooms and bathrooms - ours had an amazing balcony terrace overlooking the mountains. The fridge in room was a plus but no tea or coffee in... mitä ihmiset sanovat » room. The bed & bed linen (doonas / pillows) so comfortable. Friendly greetings everyday from staff. Hot breakfast was plentiful and served in ar - Rooms amazingly large, comfortable beds and linen, laundry facilities fantastic, great location with alps directly opposite the hotel. Food excellent, staff excellent. Waiter spoke 5 languages fluently and was extremely courteous and helpful. Owner Manager extremely friendly and helpful too. Parking easy, close to Mt Titlis and cable cars. Lifts a plus and huge balconies overlooking the mountains. Would highly recommend it.
