  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction.   Suzanne, the owner, was always there to offer information or help you. The breakfast is wonderful. Typical with meats, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, breads, fresh cut fruit, etc. I believe some items are bio, and that's a plus. I know the burcher muesli is bio and it's delicious. Nice and polite staff, cleanbedroom, good location (just 15 mins to the village by walk or 5 mins byfree bus, only 5 mins to the closest ski station), delicious breakfastand the owner drove us (lift) to Engelberg train station when we leftthe hotel. The owner gave us very good tips about the village, whereeat, have fun, rent ski equipament, etc.
