  Really beautifull views from the hotel! Excellent view over the lake (Vierwaldstättersee), you can watch two sites of the lake and have over 180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi, Stanserhorn) is beautifull. Hotel has sun in the morning until sunset! Free car park (also semi covered). The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

  Wonderful place to stay. Great spa facilities. A spectacular location right on the lake with a private beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff genuinely nice.   Staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet at night and in the morning which was so appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. - The hotel was just perfectly located in town, you are felt very welcome and food lovely.

  My luggage key was lost and I went to inform the reception on 16 Dec 2010. She readily came up with me,tried with her keys and tried to open the padlock. As it could not be done,she got another guy, who actually cut my padlock and it was done in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to both the service providers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. - Location was good just a 5 minute walk from the main station. clean value for money, along the river side very near to the main town and market area, though we missed a kettle for tea coffe in the room Rosli didi not have a lift but we shifter to their adjacent hotel Baslertor which ahad a lift and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was nice and easily shifter our rooms.

  Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). There is a wonderful lakeside restaurant about 5 mins up the road (direction vitznau). Rooms were huge, bathroom looked newly renovated.
