Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. 2. we had booked the hotel from a date which was a day ahead of our actual check in date. Having been in transit with 2 children for over 12 hours, we were willing to pay extra charges for a day to ensure that the room was available for us to quickly settle down the moment we arrived at Luzern. We had even booked our room accordingly. Lucia was generous and didn't charge for that extra day!
