The staff was very friendly .. I call them before I arrived by 2 hours to let them know about my expected arrival time and they were waiting for me even when I was late half an hour. Spacious for a family of 5. Stephanie from hit rental was waiting for us and oriented us. She was very helpful. Economical and child friendly with a small play area outside, TV with english channels and free wireless internet. Kitchenette was small but functional. Stephanie was helpful. Great place to stay in Schwyz. Walking distance to most attractions in central Schwyz and the bus stop is right in front of the house! Perfect for travelling. The tourist folder in the room was very useful when planning day trips and mountain visits.

2. we had booked the hotel from a date which was a day ahead of our actual check in date. Having been in transit with 2 children for over 12 hours, we were willing to pay extra charges for a day to ensure that the room was available for us to quickly settle down the moment we arrived at Luzern. We had even booked our room accordingly. Lucia was generous and didn't charge for that extra day!
