  The room was spacious and clean. Staffs at the hotel the restaurant were very kind. All the concerns for our small boy (renting the arm tube for swimming and high chair for dinner & breakfast) made our vacation more comfortable. Swimming pool and wide garden was perfect for a family with a small child.   The women conscierges were wonderful, allowing us to relax in France andpractice our flawed French. We were able to picnic poolside after hours,just relax in a beautiful house. We had many requests for extra towels,ashtray for cigars, directions, etc, and each was met with a smile. Wewould love to return. Ambroise is a lovely town and is a great place to stay and take day trips to the area's many chateaux, and the chateaux at Amboise itself is lovely. If I were to go back again, I'd want to stay again at Le Manois Saint Thomas. I recommend it highly!

  I really enjoyed my time in Amboise. To some extent that was due to the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The position of the hotel was great and allowed us to explore Amboise on foot with great access to restaurants and shops.
