The family is awesome and the place is amazing!!!
It is so beautiful, harmony and peaceful. It was really difficult to leave.
The house was renovated beautifully, while keeping it very authentic.
The rooms and public area are very clean and cosy.
The breakfast is excellent, it is very fresh and tasty.

This was a delightful B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was enormous. The bathroom was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we have stayed in, with a large bath in which to luxuriate. We also enjoyed the town. Very relaxed and with many dining options to choose from. An ideal place as a base to explore the Loire Valley and it's many Chateaus. Our host Sylvie was a delight. This place is amazing - the rooms are luxurious (we especially loved the Victoria room, with its massive bathroom and shower), Alain is the most genial and interesting host. Breakfast is full of homemade treats - and good coffee!
This is essentially a family home/estate which has been lovingly restored.
The area and the town of Azay-le-Rideau are very beautiful, and convenient for visting wine producers too.

Ambroise is a lovely town and is a great place to stay and take day trips to the area's many chateaux, and the chateaux at Amboise itself is lovely. The location is very central. The hotel room was very quiet, with a tranquil view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nicely fitted. The hosts were pleasant and helpful, and responded to my requests very effectively. The public parking was just across the street.
