The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa
is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the
morning...with the sun and the view). If you don't mind a little
walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store
down the street. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous.

We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. Amazing hotel in great location, rooms were extremely well equipped and comfortable. Even the baby crib we had in the room was a real crib not one of those travel beds. Would highly recommend and plan to return next summer.
